What customers say about Shippo

July 16, 2026
“Companies like Shippo are bridging the gap between carriers and users. It’s so hard to even talk to carriers, let alone integrate with them. With Shippo, in a couple hours we were ready to have a label generation machine that integrates with all the carriers.”

“This app is great and makes shipping my products easier and cheaper. The app and square communicate well with each other. I also appreciate the automated emails customers get with tracking via shippo that square doesn’t provide.”

"I tried Shippo because I was given a ridiculous quote from DHL express to ship a 2.5lbs package for $330 internationally to Ghana. Shippo pricing was $220 less while still using DHL express as the shipper. I had a very positive experience. Thank you."

"Shipping could not be easier...nor more affordable than getting taken for a ride by the shippers! I ONLY ship with Shippo and tell others to do the same."
