What customers say about Shippo

July 16, 2026
“Companies like Shippo are bridging the gap between carriers and users. It’s so hard to even talk to carriers, let alone integrate with them. With Shippo, in a couple hours we were ready to have a label generation machine that integrates with all the carriers.”

"We process a ton of in-store purchases that need shipping and unless we processed that sale through our online store, we couldn't access the deals Shopify had for our online orders. Shippo lets us ship out for such a good deal. 5/5. Great service"

“So glad I tried Shippo as it makes the fulfillment side much easier and more cost effective. To get started there is no cost, the price was about 70% less than what I paid on UPS.com. I couldn't be happier - what an amazing service built right into WIX Studio.”

"I tried Shippo because I was given a ridiculous quote from DHL express to ship a 2.5lbs package for $330 internationally to Ghana. Shippo pricing was $220 less while still using DHL express as the shipper. I had a very positive experience. Thank you."

"Shipping could not be easier...nor more affordable than getting taken for a ride by the shippers! I ONLY ship with Shippo and tell others to do the same."
