What customers say about Shippo

July 16, 2026
“Companies like Shippo are bridging the gap between carriers and users. It’s so hard to even talk to carriers, let alone integrate with them. With Shippo, in a couple hours we were ready to have a label generation machine that integrates with all the carriers.”

“I use Shippo so much (daily) and have never had any issues. It syncs my orders and gives me a great deal on shipping. This seems like the perfect integration for Square if you're using it for retail. International customs documents are easy and simple.”

"I tried Shippo because I was given a ridiculous quote from DHL express to ship a 2.5lbs package for $330 internationally to Ghana. Shippo pricing was $220 less while still using DHL express as the shipper. I had a very positive experience. Thank you."
